This Privacy Policy explains how Little Tough LLC ("we," "us," "our") handles information in connection with the AI Trading Agents mobile application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. We have built the Service to collect as little about you as possible.
The Service does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not ask for, and do not collect, your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, photographs, contacts, or precise location.
We do not collect your identity, your brokerage or bank accounts, your trades, your portfolio holdings, your financial-account credentials, or your precise geolocation.
We use the information above only to: provide and operate the Service; generate and deliver analysis reports; manage subscriptions and credits; send report-ready notifications; prevent abuse and keep the Service secure; and comply with applicable law. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
We share limited information with providers that help us operate the Service, each only as needed to perform their function:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Little Tough LLC, our users, or the public.
On-device data — your watchlist, preferences, and device identifier — remains until you delete the app. Server-side data associated with your device identifier (subscription status, credit ledger, analysis jobs, and cached reports) is retained while the Service operates and may be deleted when no longer needed. Deleting the app removes the on-device identifier; a fresh install generates a new one.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including app-integrity verification and encrypted connections, to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for, children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the Service, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
The Service is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you consent to the processing of information in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes are indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
